The Story Behind BridgePoint

I didn't get into HR from a textbook. I got into it from working in my family's business.

I grew up watching what happens when family and business blur together without structure. When roles aren't clear, policies don't exist, decisions are emotional instead of strategic, and loyalty gets confused with leadership. I watched how those dynamics ripple through entire families and entire teams.

I eventually stepped away on my own terms. And then I watched from the outside as reactive, emotionally-driven decisions continued to impact the people I cared about. That experience changed how I see work, leadership, and what it actually means to protect the people inside a business.

So I built BridgePoint Humans. Because HR should protect people and businesses at the same time. Not one at the expense of the other.

I hold a SHRM-SCP and PHR, two of the highest certifications in the HR profession. I earned them through years of hands-on experience building systems, managing compliance, navigating employee relations, and supporting leadership through the messy, human side of running a business.

I'm not here to hand you a binder of corporate policies and wish you luck. I'm here to roll up my sleeves, figure out what's actually going on, and help you build something that works for your business and your people.
